We have a Anton Paar MCR 702e Multidrive Rheometer with an optional linear motor to perform rheology in oscillation, rotation. Additionally, we can perform dynamic mechanical analysis in oscillation under tensile, compression or torsion.

For measurement and evaluation we use the RheoCompass software by Anton Paar. Here is an amplitude sweep of alginate depicted:
