If you leave the faculty (at the end of the employment relationship or at the end of the semester / exmatriculation), the account will be deactivated and, after one year of non-use, deleted. Please store your data before the account is closed.

For students, the account is generally only activated for one semester and automatically closed at the end of the semester. It can be reactivated by sending the current certificate of study.

Mail forwarding

If you want to forward your e-mails to an external e-mail-address after your account has already been deactivated, configure your mail forwarding in the webmailer beforehand. Webmail

After the deletion of your account, the mail forwarding will be deleted, too.
