As Gender Equality Officers wie promote equality at the Faculty of Engineering

  • by providing information on support programmes for female scientists,
  • through our involvement in the university self-administration,
  • through our participation in the Equal Opportunity Committee of the Faculty of Engineering (chair),
  • through our participation (without voting rights; with right of objection) in professorship appointment committees and in recruitment procedures for non-professorial academic staff,
  • through our involvement in developing the university's guidelines on the empowerment of women and the promotion plans of the faculties and
  • by providing contacts.

As members of Equal Equality Board of the Faculty of Engineering we support

  • development of measures to promote gender equality and diversity at the  Faculty of Engineering,
  • counselling of the dean on matters of gender equality as well as
  • assistance with the application for and implementation of gender equality measures at the Faculty of Engineering.

Projects and measures initiated by the Gender Equalitiy Board.

The members of the Gender  Equality Board may be found among the Committees and commissions of the Convention of the Fakulty of Engineering.
