Eine halbe Stunde vor Beginn der Vorträge, also um 16.45 Uhr, werden die Gastredner den Besuchern des Kolloquiums in einer zwanglosen Runde bei einer Tasse Kaffee in der "Eisdiele" (Eingangshalle Geb. D, neben dem "Aquarium") vorgestellt.
