The Servicecenter is a central institution of the Faculty of Engineering.

It comprehends:

• The examination office of the Institute for Materials Science
• The examination office of the Institute of Electrical and Information Engineering
• Center for Materials Analysis (processing of external queries and orders)

The Servicecenter supports the Faculty by:

• the central ordering of gases and the administration of the keys for the labs of the cma.
• lectures and lab courses in materials analysis, materials testing and electron microscopy for the education of students and engineers.
• conntacts to the industry and research institutes for the search for internships and jobs for students and graduatees.
• cooperation and project administration with the industry and research institutes.
